Mix the bleaching powder with the most suitable oxidizer as needed until smooth. Apply to dry hair. Setting time: 10 to 50 minutes, depending on hair condition and desired result. Check the hair carefully every 5 to 10 minutes during the bleaching process. At the end of the treatment, rinse thoroughly and proceed with Preparing Shampoo.
