Thanks to this exclusive collaboration, Marco Bianchi has created for Cotril four extraordinary video-recipes inspired by the lines of the segment Scalp Care: 4 really tasty dishes, designed on the basis of the assets and benefits of the individual lines, creating a healthy and refined menu. A concept and distinctive that promotes a lifestyle based on all-around Wellness and combines the choice of premium quality products with a healthy and environmentally conscious lifestyle.

LIFE

Spaghetti with walnut and gorgonzola sauce

 

Ingredients for 2 persons:

 

  • 160g of whole wheat spaghetti 
  • 100g of walnuts
  • 60g gorgonzola cheese 
  • 50/70g of milk
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese 
  • Half a tablespoon of breadcrumbs 
  • Half a clove of garlic (optional)
  • A few tablespoons of evo oil

 

Procedure:

 

  1. Cook the pasta al dente and cool it under running water.
  2. Blend the walnuts with the milk, a few tablespoons of oil and the gorgonzola cheese (dilute with water if the cream is too thick).
  3. Serve the noodles after tossing them in the resulting sauce.

 

 

 

Unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin D, gingerol and silicon, and even water and vitamin C: these are some of the essential ingredients that seem to play an important role in scalp health, with anti-inflammatory and fortifying action.

Crouton with ginger salmon and yogurt cream with cucumber

 

Ingredients for 2 persons:

 

  • 160g wholemeal bread 
  • 200g of salmon fillets
  • 70g of Greek yogurt
  • Ginger root 
  • Half a cucumber
  • A few tablespoons of evo oil 
  • Pinch of Salt 
  • Pepper to taste 

 

Procedure:

 

  1. Cook the salmon on the skin side along with the ginger and a few drops of evo oil.
  2. Grate the cucumber and squeeze it to remove the water. Mix it together with the yogurt. Add a few drops of oil and then the salt.
  3. Toast the bread in a pan.
  4. Serve on toasted bread filleted salmon and yogurt cream.

Cabbage risotto with rosemary powder

 

Ingredients for 2 persons:

 

  • 160g of carnaroli rice 
  • About 400/450ml vegetable broth (celery carrot and onion)
  • 1/4 cabbage Purple 
  • 70g of grated pecorino cheese 
  • A pinch of baking soda 
  • Pinch of salt
  • A few tablespoons of evo oil 

 

Procedure:

 

  1. Cut cabbage into strips and stew in a little water, allowing it to soften. Only at the end season with oil.
  2. Blend the cabbage by adding a pinch of salt and baking soda.
  3. Cook the rice in the broth, adding it a little at a time.
  4. At the last minutes of cooking, add the cream of cabbage to the risotto, along with the Parmesan cheese, and serve.

Procedure:

 

  1. Chop the mint with a knife and incorporate it into the ricotta.
  2. Combine the honey with the ricotta and in a bowl beat the mixture with whips. Add a few drops of water or milk to thin the cream should you like it of a more liquid consistency.
